Energy healing

Annie utilizes many types of energy healing in her practice

beginning with the herbs, crystals, essential oils, flower essences, and sunshine she incorporates into her water, extractives, and oils for healing. These tools are then incorporated into other healing modalities. Specific energy healing available includes crystal healing, Reiki, flower essences, and also many bodywork modalities which are energetically balancing by nature. These include cranio-sacral, shiatsu, reflexology, and polarity therapies (see “Services” for descriptions of terms and services). This energy work is incorporated into Annie’s standard bodywork sessions, but is also available independently (see “Rates” page for all pricing). Energy work is $60 per hour.

Crystal Healing:

Crystals are conscious ancient entities that are formed after millions of years, and are physical “keepers of the light.” They possess powerful healing properties. Annie incorporates healing crystal energy into her home, work spaces, food, water, medicines, and oils (edible and body). She utilizes simple crystal layouts in her bodywork sessions, as well, but full crystal healing sessions are also available for more focused gemstone healing. Specific layouts are chosen based on the intentions of the receiver.

Reiki:

Reiki is a form of hands-on energy healing utilized since the late 1800’s, when it was spiritually gifted to Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. It heals through physical, emotional, and spiritual planes, as well as through time and space. Annie is a Reiki master, so both local hands-on and distance healing sessions are available. Flower essences:

Annie is a flower essences practitioner. Flower essences are basically an infusion of water with the vibrations of flower tops via sun power, created when plants are at their energetic peak, i.e. in flower. Each flower inherently vibrates at its own specific level, so each flower essences will heal something specifically correlated to the body. Flower essences heal subtly but powerfully through balancing emotions, the energetic root of disease. Annie works mainly with Bach, Green Hope Farm, Perelandra, and personally-made essences (see “Herbalism” section). Let Annie create a personalized blend for you!
